2006 mainstream beginnings
Co-founder Jun Lorenz Mamangon started producing and promoting WBA's legendary boxer, Manny Pacquiao's after-fight-party events throughout Las Vegas prominent hotels and local venues in Los Angeles like Conga Room, The Highlands, Lexington alongside Top Rank Promotion.

2009 onward
Founders, Jun and his late wife, Irene was commissioned by AYC Inc. to book & acquisition and co-produce Timbaland's Shock Value II tour and bringing Justin Timberlake as a guest for a special engagement and benefit concert for the Philippines global telecommunications company, Smart Corporation, who was holding a fundraising festival to benefit the victims of "Typhoon Ondoy". The couple immediately went to work and tenaciously negotiated with Timbaland, and Timberlake's management and agency team. "It was a bumpy and uncertain development throughout the entire process but we kept going and relentlessly pursued to land the contract and acquisition for the endeavor... Fast forward to March 27, 2010, "Changing Lives Benefit Concert" feat. Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Jojo became a reality and was held at the SM Mall of Asia open grounds – packed with a sold out crowd with over 88,000 fans in attendance... Still, the biggest benefit concert festival ever staged on philippine soil to date."

JLME has been establishing tandem partnerships with concert promoters and sponsorship activator with top brand companies throughout SEA. And although he took a long hiatus from concert production and promotion to care for his late wife, Irene's battle with cancer, he continues to remain focused. Today, he and his team both US and SEA are developing new and sustainable market in the live business.

 

Co-founder Irene and Jun's long time mentor, Marty Erlichman, a veteran record mogul and manager to legendary Barbra Streisand, remains close friend with Jun to this day. Marty is now 97 years old. He is also friends with music industry's two prominent figures, Johnny Wright' (Timberlake's manager) go to when it comes to SEA and the Philippines, Big Machine Records' founder, Scott Borchetta who discovered and signed Taylor Swift's at age 13..

 

JLME has a good standing relationship with both Live Nation (SME family) and AEG Presents. (Anschutz family) and continue to maintain B&A on non-touring & non-compete level with both companies.
 

Assets:
JLME has been working with SEA's major buyers as well as private equity firms in helping align Jun's vision and goal to stay relevant behind the scenes. This strategic partnerships has enabled his group to purchase artist contracts on a one_off and festival levels ahead without any acquisition hurdles.

2026

Jun created a new venture to his name and started a comprehensive approach to booking major artists on not only one-off but as well as on festival and touring level.

Jun has officially partnered with music veteran Max Gousse, a 30 year veteran with real, daily relationships with major labels, artists like Beyonce, Adina Howard, Tweet (to name a few) to help promote Gousse new artist venture H3RIZON, an all member female group from Australia–Along with with his friend Susan (America's Got Talent Agent) in leveraging both the US and Southeast Asia market like the Philippines. Jun also has an established relationship from select artist management and agencies to record mogul executives whose roster includes Adele, Bruno Mars, Ellie Goulding, Jojo Justin Timberlake, Sienna Spiro and Timbaland to name a few..

 

JLME senior associate, Lanah Elise VP of marketing, along with Shwan Ahmed started managing and leading the direction of select artists social media and public marketing & pr for clients which includes working with labels such Capitol Records–Interscope NY, Epic, Sony, Arista which house some of today's emerging and biggest artists such as Adela, Jutes, Sienna Spiro, Upsahl. Lanah and Shwan team are responsible for the social media success network for the musical, love story and action packed film OTRA.
